Policy.

At RVRS MED, we value your time and are committed to providing every client with exceptional care and a personalized experience. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you, and we kindly ask that you respect our providers’ time by following our cancellation policy.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.

$100 Cancellation & No-Show Fee

A $100 fee will apply to the following:

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show).
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late if we are unable to accommodate your appointment.

This policy applies to all appointment types and services at RVRS MED.

Credit Card Requirement

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless a deposit is specifically required for your service.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and authorize RVRS MED to charge the card on file a $100 fee if you violate the cancellation or no-show policy.

Emergencies & Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of RVRS MED.

Booking Agreement

By scheduling an appointment, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to RVRS MED’s 24-hour cancellation policy and authorize a $100 charge to my payment method on file for late cancellations, late rescheduling, or missed appointments as outlined above.
